The Level 2 Marketing Assistant apprenticeship standard was accepted. The document listed under the heading "Support resources" provides information on the apprenticeship standard and assessment plan.
This apprenticeship and the Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeships share many similarities, but there are also some significant differences.
The Level 2 apprenticeship contains a required qualification, in contrast to the Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeships. Alphaskill Level 2 Certificate in Accounting is one of the credentials that can be used as a part of the apprenticeship.
The qualification unit and synoptic assessment must be positioned underneath the End Point Assessment (EPA) (if using the Alphaskill Foundation Certificate in Marketing qualification as the mandated qualification).

Any form of registration will automatically trigger an email to the Applicant to verify his/her registration and open an account. Once the account is opened then the Applicant will have dedicated access to his/her profile, the VLE, and the sales team members will be processed and convert the lead into a Learner.
The Pre-enrolment Process Guide includes a Call Script. It has to be provided here as a help pop-up for the Alphaskill Staff. Sales Team Member can call the learner and update the above information Centre Manager to verify the above information
Learners will receive email automatically. IA Tests can be assigned to the Learner from the Admin Dashboard and accessed by the Learner from Learner Profile/Certificate.

Based on the information collected from the Enrolment Journey Forms and Employment Journey Forms, ILA and EA will be produced
Collect details of their employer, their eligibility, details and employment contract, health and safety requirements.From the above information negotiated, collected and stored in the CRM, the employment contract between the Learner,Alphaskill and the Centre can be generated.
By 7th Day after sign up, the learner should have started learning via BKSB. Results of the IA and diagnostics will be printed and added to the learner file and attached to the CRM profile of the learner. Assessment Tests are assigned to the Learner to access from the VLE. The course completion certificate and the Test Certificate are stored at Learner’s Profile. Email notifications are sent during this process.
At this stage, the Courses are assigned with all the Study Materials, End-point Assessment related assignments/evidences, Competence Standard Maped Indicators, Quiz etc.. The learners will be able to directly submit the completed work on demand asked by the VLE learning process, and this gets captured under the Course Progression and Portfolio of Evidence.
We track the learners who complete the course with us, their progression into HE, Job, etc., or what their current position is.Within 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Reports of the results to be ready and shared with relevant authorities and SMT by the CM.
