An apprenticeship offers the best of both worlds

Apprenticeships are a great way to build a strong talent pipeline and bring new skills to your marketing team.

Earnings and Costs

Regardless of your age, you will not be charged any expenses to complete your apprenticeship. Your employer and the government cover all training fees.

How to apply?

Step 1: Write your application

Once you've identified a suitable marketing apprenticeship vacancy. You'll need to fill out an application form or send a CV (resume)

Step 2: Tests

If the employer is impressed with your application, they may invite you to take some tests to see if you'd be a suitable fit. You might be asked to complete these in person at an assessment day, or you could just complete them online from home. It might be a knowledge test or a psychometric test to determine your personality qualities.

Some employers skip this step and proceed on to step 3.

Step 3: First round interview

First-round interviews may be conducted over the phone or in person. They provide the employer with an opportunity to learn more about you and your background, as well as an opportunity to inform you about the specifics of the apprenticeship and the company's operations.

Step 4: Second round interview

It's extremely normal to be invited back for a second round interview, especially if there's a lot of competition for a position. At this point, you might be interviewed by more than one person, such as an HR representative and a senior member of the finance or accounting team.

Step 5 : Accepting an offer

If you have performed well at each stage of the application procedure, hopefully you will be offered a new apprenticeship position. After receiving a job offer, you must submit all of your documentation.

Then, your company will go through specifics like the start date, financial information, and duties of the position. You must carefully study your contract.
